Responsibilities
- Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
- Manage project financials and track budgets/reports
- Evaluate documentation, scope of works and quotes
- Manage RFI's, EOT's, and NOD process
- Liaising with Project Manager and delivery team
Experience required
- 5+ years of Contract Administrator experience for a Shopfitting contractor
- Proficient with Procore software and MS Packages
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
