Responsibilities
- Letting and vetting various subcontractor packages
- Manage the financials of the project and ensure it's all adhering to the program and scope
- Assessing and submitting progress claims
- Submitting variations, RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously
Experience required
- 2+ years of Contract Administrator headcontractor experience
- Previous experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Drive, eager and willing to take on a new challenge and explore new and unique methods of construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Procore, Hammertech and MS Packages
- Unlimited Australian working rights
