Responsibilities
- Letting and vetting various subcontractor packages
- Managing the financials of a project and ensure it adheres to the program and scope
- Assessing and submitting progress claims
- Submitting variations, RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
- Reporting into directly to the Project Manager and other relevant internal personnel
Experienced required
- 2-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Proven track record delivering Multi-Level Construction projects required
- Proficient with Cheops and Aconex softwares sought after
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player mindset and driven attitude
- Unlimited Australian working rights
