The Role
  
The role is an office based position from a Bayside location which will involve working across any of the companies upcoming projects. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  
  • Engaging daily with the site teams and subcontractors while keeping up communications with the client when required.
  • Managing RFIs, Progress Claims, Variations, and Documentation submissions.
  • Handling the letting and vetting of sub contractor packages.
  • Focusing on financial aspects such as Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, via Jobpac
Requirements
  • 3+ years Contract Administration experience for a Commercial head contractor
  • Government project experience heavily favourable
  • Presents and communicates exceptionally well
  • Proficient with Jobpac and Aconex softwares
