Our client is a well known and reputable Electrical Contractor that has serviced Victoria for over 20 years. This company currently employees over 50 staff and prides themselves on providing the best possible electrical solutions to their range of Tier 1 and 2 clients.
Role
The role will involve working alongside a Project Manager in a site based position on a large Commercial project in Melbourne CBD and include responsibilities such as:
- Preparing and reviewing documents
- Ensuring all documentation is relevant and up to date
- Enforcing Quality Assurance and ITP's
- Keep track of project budgets, invoicing and costs
- Communicating frequently with Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working in a Contract Administrator position for an Electrical contractor
- Strong overall electrical knowledge and understanding of QA, ITP's and document control
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
