Role
The relevant role is a Contract Administrator position that will involve delivering a $60M Aged Care in the Bayside region in a site based capacity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and modifying scope of works
- Assessing progress claims and invoicing
- Letting and vetting various packages packages for this project
- Maintaining accurate and up to date documentation
- Overseeing and managing project budgets
Requirements
- Contract Administrator experience for a Tier 1-3 commercial headcontractor
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A driven, team first and committed attitude
- Exposure to Aconex and Cheops softwares
