Role
This business is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a newly awarded $60M Carpark and Amenities upgrade project in Doncaster for a Government client.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing and updating scopes of works
- Assessing program claims and invoicing
- Letting and vetting various packages
- Overseeing and managing project budgets
Requirements
- 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience for a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor
- Government project experience desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Cheops favorable
