I’m currently working with a highly respected architectural studio in Melbourne that’s on the lookout for an experienced Design Architect to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role You’ll be working closely with internal teams and clients to turn architectural concepts into reality. From early sketch design through to planning submissions, you’ll play a key role in shaping well-considered, beautiful spaces that respond to both form and function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and modelling designs in ArchiCAD
- Developing sketch concepts and planning documentation
- Conducting site and contextual analysis
- Preparing architectural planning applications
- Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities
- Ensuring designs meet BCA and local council regulations
- AACA-accredited Master of Architecture
- 4–6 years' post-grad experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Strong communication skills – visual, verbal and written
- ArchiCAD experience is essential
