About the Role
This position will see you working closely with architects and project leaders to deliver detailed construction documentation across a range of projects. You will play a key role in maintaining documentation quality, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting projects through to construction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed construction documentation using Revit
- Coordinating drawings with consultants and internal project teams
- Ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and buildability
- Assisting with authority submissions and construction phase support
- Maintaining office documentation standards and best practice
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in architectural documentation
- Advanced Revit skills with strong technical detailing ability
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes and standards
- Experience working on complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
