The Opportunity
You will be embedded within a collaborative project team, responsible for producing high-quality documentation sets in Revit across all stages of delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture and takes pride in delivering accurate, coordinated and buildable documentation at a Tier 1 standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed architectural documentation using Revit (BIM environment)
- Supporting projects from developed design through to construction documentation
- Coordinating drawings with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensuring models and documentation are accurate, consistent and compliant
- Assisting with technical detailing and resolving design documentation issues
- Supporting BIM standards and documentation workflows across projects
- Working on large-scale, complex architectural projects in a fast-paced environment
You are a technically strong Revit documenter who thrives in a structured, high-quality delivery environment. You are detail-driven, reliable, and confident working across coordinated consultant teams.
You will bring:
- Strong, proven experience using Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Experience in architectural documentation (DD–CD stages)
- Exposure to commercial, multi-residential or large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and Australian standards
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams
- A detail-focused, methodical approach to documentation
- Relevant qualification in Architecture, Drafting or similar discipline
