Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
Experience required
- Estimator experience for a commercial headcontractor
- Experience successfully winning projects across the Government/Institutional sectors
- Proficient with Cubit, EstimateOne and MS Packages
- Team first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
