Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- Prepare and assist with takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Working across tenders simultaneously and independently
Experience required
- Previous Estimator experience for a commercial headcontractor
- Government new build project experience desired
- Ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously and indepdentley
- Proficient with Cubit and relevant software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team first mindset
