Role
The relevant role is an Estimator position which involves working in a team of three full time based in head office from an Eastern suburbs location.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Collect and review drawings to prepare tenders
- Assist and develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Attend tender meetings
- Liaise with key stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and budgets
Requirements
- 4+ years of Estimator experience for a Tier 1-3 Headcontractor
- Government/Institutional project experience desired
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Cubit and MS packages softwares
