Role
The relevant role is an Estimator position based from an office location in Mount Waverly and responsibilities will include:
- Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
- Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Developing budgets and monitor project costs
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Government experience favorable but not required
- Proficient with CostX and Cubit softwares
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
