Responsibilities
- Responsible for tendering, winning and delivering maintenance related works
- Engaging and nurturing business opportunities and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and ensure all maintenance and minor works related activities are rectified in a professional, safe and timely manner
- Managing relevant job sites/facilities accordingly and appointing contractors to complete works
- Participate in tool box talks, committee meetings and ensure all company policies and compliance is being upheld
Experience required
- Trade background qualification
- Previous Facility Manager experience for a commercial head contractor
- Previous experience tendering and winning work for team
- Strong subcontractor network and hands on approach with rectifying maintenance works
- Ability to create and sustain new business opportunities and client relationships
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Valid Drivers License and White Card
