The Role
As a Filler/Line Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-speed liquid filling and packaging machinery
- Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with strict food safety and product standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with HACCP and OH&S requirements
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in high-speed FMCG manufacturing (beverage filling highly regarded)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot on the line
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP standards
- A reliable, safety-first mindset and commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work rotating AM and PM shifts
