Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager with accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely and organised documentation
- Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- General administrative duties when required to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using accounting software e.g Xero
