You will take ownership of formwork, reinforcement and concrete works across live project areas, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. This is a hands-on site leadership role suited to a proven FRP Supervisor, Structures Supervisor, Structural Foreman or Concrete Foreman with experience on major civil infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily FRP and structural concrete works across multiple work fronts
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials on site
- Drive pre-pour planning, pour execution and day-to-day sequencing
- Maintain QA, ITP hold points, inspections and site documentation
- Lead safety across pre-starts, permits, SWMS and high-risk activities
- Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to hit programme targets
- Proven experience in an FRP Supervisor / Structures Supervisor / Foreman role
- Strong background in formwork, reinforcement and concrete delivery
- Experience on major roads, bridges, tunnels, rail or large infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors, crews and multiple active work fronts
- Sound understanding of QA, safety, programme and structural concrete sequencing
- Confident reading drawings, specifications and construction documentation
You may have delivered works such as slabs, walls, pits, culverts, retaining structures, bridge elements or other in-situ concrete packages on major civil projects.
