You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare environments, working alongside experienced project teams, clients and consultants to develop thoughtful, functional and technically resolved designs. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and contributing to healthcare projects from concept through to delivery
- Developing design concepts, documentation and detailed drawing packages
- Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
- Working closely with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensuring projects meet relevant healthcare, building and compliance requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior architects and designers
- Contributing to a collaborative and design-led studio environment
- 5+ years’ architectural experience
- Strong experience across healthcare projects
- Excellent understanding of healthcare design principles, standards and compliance
- Strong documentation and technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage priorities and work across multiple projects
