Temporary role to work within a small HR team, supporting various employee-related activities during a busy time of year. This assignment is expected to last 3-4 months through to Christmas, on a part time basis 3 days per week .
Skills and experience required:
- Some experience in an HR support role, and familiarity with tasks listed below
- HR degree or related education
- Strong technology skills, have used an HRIS platform, and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Proactive approach to work
- Team-focused mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship builder
Typical tasks will include:
- Maintaining employee records
- Booking interviews/training/meetings
- Updating training records
- Preparing employment contracts
- Completing reference checks
- Administering performance reviews through HRIS system
- General administration - filing, photocopying etc
