The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging HR professional ready to step up and make a genuine impact. As HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating the employee experience across the business - with a strong focus on learning & development, graduate programs, onboarding and early careers.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you’ll bring fresh ideas, drive new initiatives, and help embed best practice across multiple offices. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Graduate recruitment and early careers programs
- Redesign and enhance onboarding and induction processes
- Develop engaging, accessible HR and L&D content for a diverse workforce
- Support and deliver learning & development initiatives
- Improve the new starter experience across multiple office locations
- Provide broader HR administrative and coordination support
- 3–5 years’ experience in a HR coordination role
- A strong interest in learning & development and employee engagement
- Degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
- Experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- WHS knowledge (highly regarded)
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
