The Role
  
As the HR Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, people processes and compliance activities. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and employee-related matters.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, offer documentation, onboarding paperwork and related employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, systems and employment documentation.
  • Monitor and administer employee contracts, visa requirements, employment changes and key employment milestones.
  • Coordinate the annual Performance and Development Review process.
  • Maintain HR policies, templates, employee documentation and supporting HR materials.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with HR compliance reporting, record keeping and audit preparation.
  • Support Project Leads, Directors and the Finance Manager in managing employee conduct, performance and workplace matters.
  • Assist with employee relations administration, including documentation, records and process coordination.
  • Support the management of employee grievances, workplace concerns and related case administration.
  • Coordinate people-related WHS processes and reporting.
  • Support workplace incident management, documentation and record keeping.

Key Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Architecture or Construction industry is desirable.
  • Available to start immediately
