The Company
  
Our client is a recently established food manufacturer with their manufacturing facility in Pakenham, with production scheduled to commence in mid to late 2026.

With a strong focus on quality, localisation and healthier formulations, the business is preparing to introduce a new brand to the Australian market
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure policies comply with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist with Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and coordinate employee performance review processes.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and workplace investigations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
Key Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships at all levels
