Our client is a recently established food manufacturer with their manufacturing facility in Pakenham, with production scheduled to commence in mid to late 2026.
With a strong focus on quality, localisation and healthier formulations, the business is preparing to introduce a new brand to the Australian market
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure policies comply with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
- Assist with Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and coordinate employee performance review processes.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters.
- Assist with disciplinary processes and workplace investigations as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships at all levels
