This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a hands-on HSEQ Coordinator to support safety, quality, environmental and compliance systems across multiple civil construction sites.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager , you will help maintain HSEQ documentation, training records, site compliance, inductions, audits, SWMS, risk assessments and safety reporting across the business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys the detail of systems and compliance, but also wants regular interaction with supervisors, project teams and field crews.

- Maintain HSEQ records, registers, reports and compliance documentation
- Coordinate training records, training matrices and worker compliance requirements
- Review and update SWMS, risk assessments, SDS registers and site safety documents
- Assist with internal audits, incident reporting and corrective actions
- Support employee and subcontractor inductions, toolbox meetings and safety communication
- Work with supervisors and field crews to improve OHS reporting and risk controls
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or currently working towards it
- Experience in HSEQ, safety administration, compliance or site support
- Background in civil construction, infrastructure, utilities environments preferred
- Strong document control, administration and record-keeping skills
- Confident communication style with the ability to work with site and office teams
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence required
