The Role
- Lead hydraulic design for building services systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater and wastewater
- Prepare detailed hydraulic calculations, drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and project teams throughout design and documentation
- Review engineering solutions for compliance with Australian codes and standards
- Support construction phases including site visits, snagging and commissioning
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- 3–7 years’ relevant hydraulic engineering experience
- Tertiary qualification in engineering (civil/MEP/hydraulic focus)
- Proficiency in hydraulic design software and technical documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams
