This is an opportunity to play a key role across the design and delivery of apartment, build-to-rent and mixed-use residential developments, working alongside an experienced leadership team in a collaborative studio environment.
The Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to documentation, liaising closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, commercially successful design outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading interior design packages across multi-residential developments
- Developing concepts, presentations and design narratives
- Producing detailed documentation in Revit
- Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
- Managing project timelines and deliverables
- Presenting design solutions to clients and project teams
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers
We're looking for a confident and technically capable designer who enjoys both the creative and delivery aspects of projects.
Ideally, you will have:
- 7+ years' Interior Design experience
- Proven experience delivering multi-residential projects in Australia
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Strong documentation and detailing capability
- Excellent design presentation and communication skills
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing project packages
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
