This is a documentation-focused role suited to someone with solid construction detailing experience and a strong understanding of technical documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction documentation and working drawings using Revit
- Deliver coordinated documentation packages across commercial and retail developments
- Produce accurate construction details in line with Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Coordinate with consultants (services, structural, etc.) to ensure documentation accuracy
- Assist in resolving technical and buildability issues during documentation phases
- Maintain and improve Revit standards, templates, and workflows
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Documenter / Revit Technician
- Proven experience on commercial and/or retail projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Strong construction detailing and technical documentation skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian building codes (NCC) and local standards
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
