Role Summary
Intermediate Electrical Engineer with experience delivering building services projects. Skilled in designing, coordinating, and implementing electrical engineering solutions while maintaining strong client engagement and supporting project delivery across diverse projects. Comfortable running meetings and leading discussions with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate electrical building services from concept through construction documentation and delivery.
- Prepare technical calculations, specifications, and coordinated design documentation (power, lighting, communications, fire services, etc.).
- Lead and actively participate in client and project meetings.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and building codes.
- Several years of experience in building services electrical engineering.
- Strong technical design skills and understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Confident handling client engagements and project-based meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple deliverables in a dynamic project environment.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
- Client-centric, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable leading discussions with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management capability.
