Intermediate Electrical Engineer (3–6 years' experience)
Deliver electrical building services design across commercial, workplace, residential, education and health projects.
Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, specifications and design documentation.
Undertake lighting, power, communications, security and electrical distribution design.
Complete electrical calculations including maximum demand, cable sizing and voltage drop.
Take increasing ownership of project packages with support from senior team members.
Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, architects and contractors.
Senior Electrical Engineer (6+ years' experience)
Lead electrical design from concept through to construction and completion.
Take full technical ownership of projects, including review and sign-off of design documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders.
Coordinate with wider building services disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.
Mentor and guide intermediate and junior engineers, reviewing their work and supporting their development.
Contribute to fee proposals, project planning and business growth where required.
About You
Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer.
3+ years' experience within Australian building services consulting (6+ years for Senior applicants).
Strong understanding of electrical design principles and Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 3000.
Experience across commercial, workplace, residential, education, health or similar sectors.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and PowerCAD; Bluebeam desirable.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
Building Services consulting experience is a must.
