Role
Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this company is looking for a Junior Estimator and Estimator to bolster their Estimating team.
Pending what available role suits your level of experience better, responsibilities will include:
- Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
- Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
Requirements
- Previous Estimating experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Government experience favorable
- Proficient with Bluebeam
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
