You’ll be supported and mentored by experienced Senior Estimators while gaining hands-on exposure to the full tender process, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.

- A tertiary qualification in Construction (essential)
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Strong analytical and/or financial skills (highly regarded)
- Experience with Cubit (advantageous but not essential)
- Full Australian working rights
