Role
The relevant role is a Junior Project Manager position and will involve in delivering the fitout across multiple levels of a live $30M Hotel Fitout in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop project schedules and managing budgets
- Liazing with the site team and stakeholders of the project
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Quality assurance
- Monitoring project progress and project timelines
Requirements
- Previous Junior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator experience delivering a Fitout for a Headcontractor
- Exposure with Structural elements of a Fitout favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Aconex and MS Packages
