About The Firm
This highly regarded specialist Town Planning and Design firm with offices in Victoria and Queensland, is looking to appoint a Landscape Architect permanently.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Melbourne Design Manager, you will support a team of 5 Landscape Architects in delivering outstanding projects across the region. This is an opportunity to be a part of projects from concept design to delivery - including contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality design development and construction documentation packages.
- Coordinating documentation across multidisciplinary teams
- Translating design intent into accurate, buildable details
- Working with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during delivery
- Supporting senior team members in project administration and compliance
- Ensuring documentation aligns with project timelines and budgets.
- Hold a degree in Landscape Architecture (AILA registration desirable, not essential)
- Bring circa 2 years of experience, with a strong focus on documentation and delivery.
- Project experience within greenfield masterplanning is advantageous.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino etc.
- Have strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and local standards.
- Are detail-driven, organised, and collaborative
- Experience in contract administration is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
