About the Role:
Working within a busy team of other administrators and construction professionals, you will be responsible for scheduling, allocating work and coordinating technicians and contractors through to job close-out.
This is a high volume work environment, managing anything between 60-100 jobs at any one time. It will suit someone who enjoys spinning plates, is diligent and organised, and has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assigning jobs to trades
- Liaising with clients, technicians, contractors, suppliers and tenants
- Raising purchase orders and checking budgets
- Following up on information
- Entering invoices
- Entering, reviewing and updating information in Simpro system
- Identifying any issues or concerns and escalating where needed
- Producing reports
- Previous experience in similar role within the building industry
- Comfortable with a fast paced/high-volume environment
- Experience with Simpro is beneficial
- Strong multitasking skills & attention to detail
- Team player mentality
- Confident, outgoing personality to build positive relationships
This role is based full time in the office. Work from home flexibility will be considered on an ad-hoc basis.
