Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, BMS integration, etc.) using Revit.
- Produce accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawings across all project stages.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems with other building services.
- Apply sustainable design principles and deliver efficient, buildable engineering solutions.
- Support project delivery by maintaining quality, cost, and program targets.
- 5–7 years’ experience in mechanical building services engineering/design.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including family creation, clash detection, and model coordination.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and/or institutional projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail and documentation quality.
