The Role
- Produce detailed mechanical building services drawings using Revit
- Develop models, plans, sections, schematics, schedules and construction documentation
- Translate engineering concepts, mark-ups and sketches into accurate designs
- Coordinate with electrical, hydraulic, structural and architectural disciplines
- Contribute to HVAC layouts, equipment selection and duct/pipe routing
- Maintain drawing standards, model integrity and documentation workflows
- Assist with revisions, RFIs and updates across project stages
- Proven experience in mechanical building services (essential)
- Strong Revit capability within MEP / mechanical services environments
- Sound understanding of HVAC systems and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based role
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- High attention to detail with a commitment to documentation accuracy
