The company
Nationally recognised mid-sized Architecture practice with strong reputation. Melbourne CBD studio with interstate offices. The firm has worked on many notable projects across the education, arts and culture and commercial sectors.

The role 
Varied role providing support to the Director group, coordination of HR activities and overseeing the studio administrator. Whilst the role is Melbourne based you will provide some support to other studios.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Melbourne studio
  • Diary and travel management, email coordination
  • Meeting and event organisation
  • General office administration
  • Assist with business development activities
  • Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, leave, and staff records.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Experience in EA or Office Manager type roles
  • Architecture, engineering, or related industry preferred
  • Staff management experience
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and discretion
