The Role
As the Office manager you will organise and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure business unit effectiveness and efficiency. Joining a tight knit team that promote company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of company policies and initiatives
- Provide admin support to senior leaders, including diary management
- Manage meeting rooms, travel, vehicle, and teleconference bookings
- Assist with tender preparation and submissions
- Coordinate staff and client events
- Maintain accurate filing in line with IMS requirements
- Manage onboarding and HR documentation processes
- Oversee staff expenses, credit card records, and invoice processing
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a tidy workspace
- Provide basic IT support and support team meetings
- Previous office management experience in a professional/corporate firm is essential
- Exceptional communication skills, energy and enthusiasm to drive a positive company culture
- Highly organised and proactive
- Strong MS Office and systems skills
