The Role
An opportunity has become available for a PM Shift Production Supervisor to lead packaging operations across bottling and canning lines.
Working Monday to Friday (2pm – 10pm), this is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the floor, and can drive both performance and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead packaging line operations to ensure efficient production output
- Prioritise and coordinate tasks to keep bottling and canning lines running smoothly
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging machinery as required
- Drive and enforce strong safety practices in line with OHS standards
- Actively engage with team members, providing coaching, feedback, and training
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and reporting requirements are met
- Identify and report equipment issues, coordinating maintenance where required
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience within a beverage manufacturing environment (essential)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within production or packaging
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-volume setting
- A proactive, team-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Immediate start with a 4-month contract and strong potential for permanency
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 + 15% afternoon shift loading
- Stable Monday–Friday afternoon shift (2pm–10pm)
