A highly successful local contact manufacturer of personal care products with many stable and long-term contracts and pipeline of work.
We are looking to appoint a PM-shift Supervisor to lead their high-performing production team.
The Role
As the shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the shift operations autonomously across two lines of production, ensuring all work meets project timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. You will work closely with the Managing Director to assign resources effectively, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Person:
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relations both internally and externally with customers
- Previous people management experience in batch-blended and filling line operations is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude, technically minded with sound mechanical reasoning and comprehension
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full drivers licence alongside very strong safety-first approach.
