About the Role: My client is seeking a Senior Project Architect to take the lead on a range of multi-residential projects, from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice known for design excellence and a strong pipeline of high-density residential work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of complex multi-residential projects
- Overseeing project teams across all stages from concept through construction documentation
- Coordinating consultants, stakeholders and approvals processes
- Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative studio environment
- Producing high-quality documentation using ArchiCAD (essential)
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and planning regulations
- Registered Architect (or working towards registration)
- 8+ years’ experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio in multi-residential projects
- Expert proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and BCA compliance
- Proven project leadership, client liaison and consultant coordination skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
