This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for running projects end-to-end while coordinating small internal teams and external consultants across high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of large-scale tower projects (high-rise residential / mixed-use)
- Manage documentation, coordination, and project execution across all stages
- Oversee and guide small project teams and junior staff
- Liaise with consultants, builders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain design intent while ensuring technical and compliance outcomes
- Drive program, coordination, and quality control across projects
- Proven experience working on tower / high-rise projects (essential)
- Strong capability running projects independently from concept through to completion
- Experience leading or coordinating small project teams
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and delivery phases
- Confident managing consultants and project stakeholders
- Revit or Archicad proficiency (depending on studio environment)
- Up to $120,000 + Super
