Founded over 15 years ago, this company is a well regarded Tier 3 Commercial Builder that Residential, Commercial, Aged Care and Education projects up to $50M.
This builder is going from strength to strength and has over 70 staff onboard with many of their personnel being the business for 5+ years.
Role
The relevant role is a 12-week contract Project Coordinator position to assist in delivering a $33M Apartment project.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Site set up tasks and facilitate program
- Organise deliveries and record meeting minutes
- Ensure all documents are up to date and accurate
- Quality assurance and defect coordination
Requirements
- Project Coordinator experience for a Tier 1-3 commercial head contractor delivering an Apartment project
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech, Aconex and MS packages
- Immediate availability or on short notice
