Lead multiple projects from concept through to delivery with support from the Project Director and MD. You’ll play a hands-on role across a diverse portfolio (education, social and affordable housing, health etc), gaining exposure to projects that have a genuine community impact. These projects range in scale and complexity, but you can expect projects from $5m to $25m.
Your responsibilities will span project planning, stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and delivery through to completion -ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The consultancy uses Procure as its project management platform; prior experience with Procure is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
- Circa 5+ years’ experience delivering similar projects of similar value ($5m to $25m) in a consultancy or construction environment.
- Openness to work in the office full-time (remembering your 9-day fortnight)
- A collaborative, proactive approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving ability
- Sound financial and risk management capability
- Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes
- Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.
