Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines and setting milestones
- Manage the project team and delegating roles to ensure project is adhering to initial scope within time and budget expectations
- Liasing and communicating with client and relevant stakeholders to ensure their needs are being heard and met
- Managing project financials and budgets
- Providing guidance and mentorship for junior staff
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
Requirements
- Relevant tiertiary degree in Project/Construction Management
- 3-5+ years of experience delivering Government led projects in either a Consultancy or Headcontractor environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- In depth amount of experience with stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of project financials and risk mitigation
- Proficient with Procore software favorable
- Unlimited Australian working rights
