Aspect Personnel is recruiting a Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager for a growing Melbourne-based contractor delivering civil works across live electrical infrastructure sites.
The role will support project delivery across substations, terminal stations, switchyards, HV/LV underground services, conduits, cable pits, trenching, equipment foundations, drainage and access roads.

- Oversee procurement, QA, ITPs, SWMS, RFIs, variations, claims and reporting
- Support delivery of conduits, cable pits, trenching, foundations, drainage and access roads
- Review drawings, scopes and methodologies to identify delivery risks
- Maintain safe, compliant and commercially controlled project delivery
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, Junior PM or Project Manager
- Direct exposure to live electrical infrastructure sites is strongly preferred
- Experience across substations, terminal stations, switchyards or HV/LV underground works
- Strong civil knowledge across conduits, pits, trenching, foundations, drainage and access roads
- Ability to manage subcontractors, project documentation, QA and programme requirements
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar qualification preferred
