Responsibilities
- Ensure project is delivered within time frame, to quality and within budget
- Create project program and manage relevant stakeholders
- Manage project financials and ensure budget being adhered to
- Be the primary point of contact and resolve any disputes that may arise
Experience required
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering a similar scope of works to relevant builder
- Previous experience delivering projects in excess of $10M+
- Proficient with Jobpac, Hammertech, Aconex and Visibuild software
- Ability to work on up to two projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
