Lead the delivery team managing a wide scope of works across the Industrial, Retail, Hospitality and Office Fitout & Refurbishment sectors on projects up to $12M.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Relevant tertiary degree
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Manager in the Fitout/ Refurbishment Industry
- Experience in managing cost reporting systems
- Ability to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities
- Able to work independently to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
