This company is a slick and professional National Tier 3 Commercial Builder that is responsible for delivering new build, fitout and refurbishment projects across the Health, Pharmaceutical, Education and Industrial sectors up to $20M.
Due to the success of recent project awards, this company is looking to expand and seeking a Project Manager to deliver two of their new upcoming projects.
Role
The role is a Project Manager position and will involve working across two recent projects this company has successfully been awarded.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing the scope of the project
- Ensure the project is delivered within time frame, within budget and to the quality initially set out on the scope
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and any relevant stakeholders to ensure the project expectations are met
- Ensuring OH&S compliance
- Attending project and client meetings
Requirements:
- Project Manager experience delivering Education or Health projects for a Commercial Headcontractor required
- Proficient with Hammertech, Aconex and Procore softwares
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
