The Opportunity This role is ideal for a technically strong documenter who enjoys working in Revit and wants exposure to fast-paced retail projects.
You will be involved in:
- Producing detailed Revit documentation for retail projects
- Developing and maintaining accurate Revit models
- Preparing plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules
- Updating documentation throughout design development and construction stages
- Coordinating documentation with architects, designers, consultants and project teams
- Working from design concepts and mark-ups to produce construction-ready documentation
- Ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project deadlines
- Assisting with documentation standards and maintaining high levels of quality control
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revit Documenter who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working to deadlines across multiple projects.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Revit Documenter within architecture, interiors, retail or commercial fit-out
- Strong Revit skills and a high level of documentation capability
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret design information and develop coordinated documentation
- Experience working to deadlines within a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Retail or commercial fit-out experience is highly regarded
- Work on a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial projects
- Exposure to projects across design development and construction documentation
